What materials do you use?

~ We use Sculpey Premo Polymer Clay (the clay you can find in craft stores), some earring sets will include a brass charm. We use hypoallergenic jump rings and earring findings, earring posts are surgical stainless steel and the fishhooks are 925 sterling silver or 18k gold plated over stainless steel. IF you have sensitive ears, please send us an email and we can assist you.

~How do I care for my jewelry?

Please do not drop or bend your new earring sets. Please avoid all lotions, perfumes and sprays. If makeup gets on your earring sets simply clean them gently with a q-tip, mild dish detergent with water and dry completely with a lint free cloth. Please refer to your care instructions that are included in your order.

~Do you offer custom earring or accessory sets?

~What is your processing time for jewelry orders?

All of our jewelry inventory is accurate and ready to ship. We will process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location. Please allow for an additional 1-3 business days for orders placed on the weekend or during the holiday season. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

~ What is your processing time for shirt orders?

All of our t-shirt designs are made to order. Please allow 1-10 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping time will depend on your location. Please allow for an additional 1-3 business days for orders placed on the weekend or during the holiday season. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

~Do you offer local pickup?
Yes- Local orders will be processed with 1-3 business days. Please select that option at checkout. Local order pickup is ONLY available for Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas.

~ Are the pictures accurate?

Yes- We only use natural light when taking our pictures and do not use any filters when taking the pictures. However, phones, tablets or computers might alter the true color of the jewelry, accessories and drinkware. 

~Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No- We do not offer exchanges due to sanitary reasons. We offer refunds in the form of store credit. Please see our return policy for more information.
